Why BWRT and TRE?
Combining BWRT and TRE offers a powerful way to work with both the mind and the body. BWRT helps to change unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses, and automatic reactions at their source. TRE supports the body in releasing stress, tension and trauma through nervous system regulation.
Together, these modalities create a more integrated healing process, addressing both the mental and physical effects of stress or trauma.
BWRT®
BWRT stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy. I have been using this modality for the last 10 years and I am still in awe of the results. It based on neuroscience and works fast without clients having to relive trauma, etc. Read more about BWRT on the blog.
BWRT is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It doesn’t use hypnosis or any mystical concepts – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it be completely successful. TRE
TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a safe, practical, body-based approach that helps release stored stress and tension from the body, supporting the nervous system in returning to a more balanced and regulated state.
A more regulated nervous system can support:

• Improved emotional regulation
• Better sleep and deeper rest
• Clearer thinking and improved focus
• Increased energy and reduced physical tension
