Hello, and welcome!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m Luzelle, a Registered Counsellor, and BWRT Practitioner. My work combines practical therapeutic tools with a neuroscience-based approach to help you move through life’s challenges and create meaningful and lasting change.

 Who I Work With

Life’s responsibilities and challenges can feel heavy, leaving many people stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or unhelpful patterns that can be difficult to break.

At times, it may feel as though you are simply trying to get through each day, with little space to pause, process, or find a way forward. You might think, “I should be able to handle this,” but the truth is, many of us struggle with exactly this. And the good news is, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work to untangle what’s holding you back and create practical strategies to help you feel lighter and more in control.

Running a business is incredibly rewarding, but I know just how demanding it can be, often leaving little time for your mental well-being.

The stress, fear of failure, and constant decision-making can take its toll. I work with entrepreneurs like you to manage these pressures, equipping you with the essential tools you need to grow your business while maintaining balance and peace of mind.

Being an athlete means having to perform consistently at a high level, under immense pressure.

The mental side of performance can be just as demanding as the physical. Whether you are struggling with performance anxiety, loss of confidence, fear after injury, difficulty coping with pressure, or feeling mentally drained, psychological support can help. I work with athletes to strengthen mental resilience, improve focus, manage stress, and overcome the thoughts or patterns that may be affecting performance. Using practical, neuroscience-based approaches, I help you develop tools to regulate your nervous system, build confidence, and perform with greater calm, clarity, and consistency.

Your twenties can be a whirlwind of self-discovery, big decisions, and the pressure to figure it all out, often without the tools to do so.

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, I’m here to help. In our sessions, we’ll navigate this exciting yet challenging phase together, building resilience and clarity so you can move forward with confidence.

Green leaf element

Having lived in the UK for 8 years, I understand some of the unique challenges that can come with living far from home.

Adjusting to a new culture, navigating unfamiliar systems, and coping with homesickness or long, dark winters can feel harder than expected. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone who understands both where you come from and what it feels like to build a life somewhere else. Finding support that feels familiar and culturally understood can make all the difference. And yes, it helps if they support the Springboks ;)

Retirement can be a major life transition. Even when it is planned for and welcomed, it can bring unexpected emotions and challenges.

The loss of routine, identity, structure, or purpose can feel unsettling, and it is not uncommon to feel uncertain, restless, or even a little lost while adjusting to this new chapter.
